Hello, I am now been asked to pay for my bank feed service. Is this knew?

I have never paid for this before. Please clarify.

I can’t tell but has my feed now been turned off?

No, it’s not new. It was introduced with the Yodlee feeds back last year.

What type of feed do you use? For example, was it Yodlee, the Chrome extension, or another built-in feed?

Hello Mathew,

we use Barclays and have for the last few years, and have never had a charge for this.

Has my feed now been turned off as it has not updated since the 30/05/2018

If it’s the built-in QuickFile Barclays feed, there is no charge for this, but it’s no longer available for new accounts. If you’ve had it for a while it should continue to run as normal providing no log in details have changed.

Did you have transactions on your online account for 31st May? They should have been imported overnight.

Hey, okay. I just went to check my feed and its asking me to pay for a feed set up.

I have had this account for a number of years so its not a new account.

I did also have transactions on the 31st May 2018.
