AUTOMATED BANK FEEDS renewal

Kindly advise, I received an email advising that the automated bank feed is going to expire soon, I am unable to use the link on the email so I logged into the software and searched for subscriptions and I did a topup payment, will this automatically renew the subscription?

The top-up credit is used for things like snail mail. You would have needed to purchase the actual subscription - you can find your subscriptions by going to the company name in the top right hand corner and selecting services and subscriptions:

The top-up won’t automatically be carried over to the subscription. That is something we would have to manually update for you if you have made the payment. If you could send a message to @QFSupport with your QuickFile account number we can get the subscription updated for you.

Could it be possible that your bank feed expires in regards to the 90 days period? One requirement for the open banking feature is that you have to re-authorise the feed to your bank every 90 days. You can check this by going to Account Settings>>Open Banking Feed.
