Sorry to bother you but I was hoping someone could help me.
We send out automatic invoices using recurring profiles and we’ve had a few recently where the payments are being made to our PayPal account but the payments are not automatically being tagged against our invoices. This is causing payment reminders to go out to customers despite the fact that they have already made payment.
Could someone help me figure out what’s going on? This used to be working fine and I do not think I’ve made any changes that could affect the automatic tagging.
If the invoices already exist, the payments won’t automatically be tagged to them unless the payment is made through QuickFile (using PayPal, Stripe, GoCardless or another supported gateway).
How is the PayPal payment being made at the moment? Is it direct to your PayPal account, or is it through QuickFile?
