Automatic year end Journals - unable to get correct year to close

Hi Glenn

There is another client (same group) who i have gone and started their accounts from 2003.
The year end tool is available from 2002, so i should be able to do 2003 year end journals.

I am just doing the first year end journal for 5/04/2003, and unable to do so. I don’t if this is a bug.
I can only see 5/04/2002 in the drop down dates for doing the journal.

I don’t need to work on this until Sunday now. Sorry i know its Friday night. But if you are able to look at it and see what the problem is before Sunday then that will be a tremendous help.

Hi Glenn

I changed the next year end date in the company settings to 5/04/2003 (it was showing 5/04/2016), and the drop down box for 5/04/2003 now appears in the automatic year end journals drop down dates.

I think it should work now.
