Automatically add project tag to invoice based on price

Hi,
I offer different services. For each service I charge a different price. At the moment I tag each invoice manually, depending on the amount for the service, to a project. Is there a way to auto-tag every invoice to a certain project, depending on the amount I charge? I had a look in the forum but couldn’t find an answer.

Unfortunately this isn’t something that’s possible at the moment.

Project tags can be automatically added based on a few factors though - not sure if there’s a way of making it work with your scenario?

• Bank tagging rules (auto creating invoices)
• Default tags set against a client or supplier

It may be possible to add them with some custom scripts in place, but this isn’t something I’ve tested.

Thank you very much for your quick reply.
Could you may change my question to a feature request, please? There are maybe more user which could benefit from this. By the way, in the past I could change the topic and/or category by myself (there was always a little pen next to the topic title) but I can not do this anymore. Is there a reason why you changed it or is it something like a bug?

This isn’t something we’ve changed directly. The forums run on a software package called Discourse, so it may very well be a change made by them.
