Hi there, we haven’t been using quickfile for almost a year and therefore we are not going to renew the subcription. However, we would like to back up all the date before our subcriptions comes to an end(in 2 days). I read previous comments but I don’t find the option in settings. Could you please advice?

If you haven’t been using QuickFile for almost a year then the subscription renewal will almost certainly be optional anyway, and you’ll be able to continue to access your records in QuickFile without a subscription. This is because the subscription requirement is based on the number of entries you have created in the last 12 months rolling period. Have a look at your account usage report (available on the main “all settings” page but not via the drop-down menu), if it says you are M or below, i.e. fewer than 1000 nominal entries added in the last 12 months, then you can continue to access your account for free.
There’s no need to actively “close” the account.
