I have scheduled the backup for weekly back ups to be emailed to my address but it is not working. Any suggestions?

When you say it isn’t working, is it that you’re not getting the email come through or are you seeing an error?

The back up will only be activated if there has been a recent log in so isn’t necessarily weekly, this may be why you haven’t received an email. If you manually prompt one now, please let me know if you still don’t receive the email and we can look into this for you.
