Backup doesn't contain all transactions in correct accounts

Yesterday I moved a large batch of transactions from one bank account to another using the Move to New Code option via Chart of Accounts.

This morning I have downloaded a backup and checked the bank accounts but in the download they are in their original bank files and haven’t merged (though all is fine when I check in Quick File).

Is there a reason for this? I know I can merge the 2 CSV files to create 1 but wondered why the backup didn’t contain the correct data?

I have also noticed that transactions I entered yesterday into one of the bank accounts also are not showing in the backup file - does it take a period of time for this to happen?

The back up is approx 12 hours behind the live database. If you want those transactions to be included, I would give it a while and try again.
