Hi, I see this has been asked before, but it was some years ago. A client of mine cancelled a direct debit, I (mistakenly) thought she didn’t want the software anymore, I backed up the data and deleted the account. Is there now an easier way to resore this or do I have to go through and tag all the bank info again?
If the account was cleared and deleted then unfortunately there is no way to get this account back. You would need to create a new account and use the backup data to upload into the new account.
