Balances not matching?

I’ve uploaded my latest statement to quickfile (balance 24.146.34), yet my quickfile balance is showing as £19562.37,

I’m unsure where I have gone wrong :frowning:

Your best bet is to use the Reconcile tool, and compare it to your statements on online banking. Do say a month at a time - should help you pin point the issue.
