What type of feed are you using - Yodlee or the QuickFile Barclays feed?
If it’s the QuickFile Barclays feed, are there any errors being shown on the bank account itself? If there are any issues the feed icon on the bank management screen would shown up as red. If you go to ‘More Options’, ‘Feed Settings’ would also shown up as red. If either of these are red, then going into the feed settings should reveal any issues.
If neither are red, or if you’re not using our own Barclays feed, please let me know.
We are having the same issue with Barclays feed, only using the Yodlee feed. I have just run a successful manual update, however the last poll date was showing as the 24/05/17.
Any ideas?
Are you using a memorable word setup, or do you need to answer a security question when performing a refresh?
Memorable word as I recall… the refresh didn’t ask for any details other than a date from which to run the feed
It should update as normal each morning. The information shown to us is quite limited as it’s handled by Yodlee themselves. All I can suggest, given that you’ve run it today, is wait until tomorrow and see if anything is pulled in then. If not, please contact us again and we’ll pass this to Yodlee to investigate.

Ive just come back from holiday and read through your help. I didn’t realise that there are different feeds but I managed to establish that it was a Barclays feed and that it was highlighted in RED like you posted above. I have reconfigured it and its seems to be working again now. Thanks for the help on this !
