We have just recently opened a deposit account with Lloyds but it doesn’t allow direct feeds. They email me a statement once a month which I can download as a pdf document. How can I attach this to my bank account in Quickfile? I have asked re getting it in another form, but this is the only way they present monthly statements!

You can only import a CSV file
Most banks allow you to get the statement in this form (usually from the web interface rather than the app).
You may also be able to get it converted via a 3rd party converter (google bank statement converter).
Thank you. Their reply re import from the web was ‘the statements and entries are currently not built into Online for Business’
I thought I could just add them to the bank account somehow, just for the accountant to see.

You can manually add transactions to the bank screen using the new transaction option in the bank account screen.
If you wish you can also upload documents to your account (these do not affect you accounting ledgers) via the document manager (type Document into the quick search and select document manager)
Yeh that’s what I do at the moment. I’ll have a look at the document manager too.
