Bank commission not being imported from upload

HI I have just looked at the last financial year and I was a very small amount out , QF being more than my bank account

have done all the reconciling etc and have found it

since our free banking ended we have paid a small commission fee each month to the bank with a specific bank reference
I use the co-op bank and upload my statements and it works really well except this can you advise or help

On some CSV statements (I believe CO-OP is doing this), there are entries with no description. In such cases QuickFile has in the past looped over these entries. I say “in the past” as up to about 2-3 weeks ago we started including them but putting in a generic description.

If you check your CSV files you should be able to determine this by finding the entry for the commission and checking if it has a description. If this is a problem going forward please let us know.
