Bank Editing not available

I am not able to edit the reference column on the bank account screen and also the search buttons for similar transaction for bulk tagging just keeps searching… and does not bring up any results. Please help, that is costing me a lot of time tagging these transactions. I have had that problem for a few days now, its worked fine before.

The edit column in the bank was recently disabled for small screens due to some display issues. What device are you accessing QuickFile from? If you are accessing from a desktop, do you have your screen resolution set very low?

I am using a PC and have now set my screen resolution to maximum and it was already very high but I’m still not able to edit.

The “Search Similar” function should work fine now (you may need to refresh the screen though).

The bank edit feature disables if the screen width is < 1115 pixels. This is quite low by today’s standards. We introduced this about 1 week ago as users on small screens were complaining that the bank reference was obscured.

I will send you a separate private message, it would be very helpful if you could provide a screenshot I can then pass this on to the developers.
