Hi I am new to Quickfile and i can’t get the bank feed to work it keeps saying error 100

Welcome to QuickFile!

Error 100 normally means that the feed cant access your account, possibly due to incorrect credentials. Have you tried re-entering them? Are you normally able to log in using the details you’ve entered?

I had a quick look and it appears that you’ve entered your QuickFile account number where the Barclays Membership Number should go. If you go back to the Bank Management area you should be able to modify your feed settings.

The membership number should be 12 digits long.
