Hi. I have just realised that my bank feed with Santander stopped working in January. I have reinitiated the feed and it says that it has connected but it is not pulling any transactions through. The feed batch record is empty as well. Not sure how to fix this?
It’s maybe worth to completely delete the feed and setup a new one. You have to renew your feed every 90 days. If you don’t do it in a set time frame your permission is most likely deleted and your bank requires a new one which you can only do by setting up a completely new feed.
Also, when a bank does some updates on their end, very often the connection brakes without a notification. A new feed should solve that problem.
