Hi, the open banking screen says my bank connection is ok status. however, when i click on ‘more info’ button, the foillowing screen say ‘we are unable to connect to your bank to retreive this data’
can you advise how i can sort this out.
It may have just been a temporary connection problem. Which bank are were you seeing this with? Are you still seeing the message now? You could try disconnecting and reconnecting the bank feed, this can sometimes help?
