Bank feed has stopped working

Hi, I’m fairly new to Quickfile but have been getting on fine. I set up a bank feed and all was well but it stopped working just before christmas and i am struggling to get it up and running again. I do what it says, i get a thumbs up and it says the bank feed will resume the following day at 4am…but it doesn’t.
Any help appreciated but please note i am not very savvy with computers.

have not changed anything at all. bank feed is green. barclays.

i do have a !saying to do something with a plug in which is written in blue?? why would i need to do this if it was working fine before??

If everything is green, is should be running without any issues.

Are there any messages showing in your feed log?

i dont think i have any messages in the feed log or any error messages. although i dont know how to see my feed log ?

error code 100 all over christmas period

I pulled up the error logs for this.

The account is pin sentry only access. The feed requires the access to be set to memorable word & passcode. If you can set this up on your account and update QF with the credentials the feed should resume.

i dont understand why this has changed then because it was working fine. i do have a passcode and memorable word with my bank and i did set this up on QF. the page comes up with those details there… i click on save and get a big green thumb saying feed will resume at 4am…but it doesn’t.
do i need to input the passcode and mem word manually again? or do i need to change the passcode and mem word on my banks site (don’t really wanna do that).

what do i need to do to get it going again?

Are you able to login to your Barclays account directly using a memorable word and passcode?

OK if you can do this manually, there’s no reason the feed won’t work providing it has your current credentials. At the moment it’s reporting that the account is pen sentry only.

ok. so. my banks fault! grr…
they made the change and requested i renew passcode and mem word which i have now done. i have updated QF and it says feed will resume at 4am so fingers crossed!!!

I just manually ran the feed for you, no errors!

It looks like it picked up all the entries since 8th December, they should appear in your account within about 10 minutes.
