Hi
In chrome when i click on the bank feed icon and then click hsbc it brings up the hsbc login page however the login and settings buttons do not appear and if i then login manually there is no option to export to quickfile. I have tried uninstalling the extension and still the same.

Is your browser pointing to the exact link above? Do you see a box to enter your username?
apologies it is working now. It was the top QUickfile section in your screenshot that was not appearing
