Hi - something very srange has happened - a whole day of transactions is missing from our quickfile bankfeed.
The last transactions showing on QF were on the 30th December and the following date where transactions start again is the 4th January. But there were 4 transactions on 31st Decemeber which are showing on my Natwest account but these have not been fed through to the quickfile feed.

Does anyone know what has happened here? I can obviously add these transactions in manually as there are only 4, but a bit concerned that this has happened.

Hi tafuk,
When you refresh your bank feed manually you can back date up to 14 days. If you do so are those missing entries coming through to quickfile?

Maybe your banks server was down for updates or so as quickfile tried to get the transaction early in the morning on the 1/1/21.

Did refreshing the feed work with importing those missing transactions?
