Bank Feed not updating

Hi the bank feed says it’s okay for 62 days but we haven’t had any new entries since the 12 January. How can I get the feed up to date?

Have you had transaction in that time window? Sorry to ask but very often that is the ‘issue’.
May check that the active feed is still connected to your bank account in quickfile.
Does it bring in any transaction when you press the refresh button? Most of the bank with auto feed have a refresh button under “options”
If all that doesn’t help, you could revoke the feed and set it up completely new. If you do so, don’t forget to connect your bank account in quickfile to the newly setup feed.
