Bank feed not working - Lloyds

Hi
I have three separate bank accounts all with live feeds set up in May.

The main one feeds through every day but the other two don’t feed at all.

Can you help?

Sorry to hear you’re having some issues with the bank feed. Can I firstly check a few things?

  • Are they Yodlee or Open Banking feeds?
  • If you manually refresh the feed, does it work all OK?
  • If it’s Yodlee, are you prompted to enter a one time code (e.g. from your phone) when you manually refresh it?
