My bank feed has failed to work correctly. The bank balance on quick file is not the true position of my statement and this has been there for over two weeks now. Can anyone advise?
When bank feeds fail you can almost always fix it by revoking the current feed authorisation and setting it up again from scratch. This won’t affect any transactions you’ve already imported.

I already did this, I revoked and set it up again but still not working. Couple of transaction are missing in January and its frustrating as my bank balance does not agree with the bank feed

I have refreshed the feed back for you from the 12/01/2025 this is the maximum historical date allowed by your bank as per Open Banking guidelines.
If you need anything older you would either have to enter them manually or import a bank statement
