Bank Feed Plugin for multiple QuickFile accounts

Is it possible to use the bank feed plugin for multiple QuickFile accounts on one instance of chrome? I have worked around this using separate PCs and/or logins but I cannot see a way of getting it to work on the same instance of chrome without changing the settings every time.
Thanks
Nick

I’ve converted this to a feature request for the time being. We will track any interest in this going forward.

We are also awaiting updates on the proposals raised in last year’s budget for banks to provision open access APIs. It is more preferable for us to focus on this type of integration at the moment rather than extending the Chrome plugin.

I don’t know about one instance but can you not use different profiles in Chrome?

What about 2 bank accounts for the same QF account. We have a current account and a savings account with santander. Is there any way of using the bank feed for the 2 accounts?

Hi @scoobeski

I believe if the two bank accounts are accessible from the same log in details, you should be able to navigate to that account and find an Export to QuickFile button.

However, I don’t have access to a Santander account so I’m not able to test this

Thanks everyone. Lurch’s suggestion to use an additional Chrome profile worked brilliantly. I also use Santander and Glenn is correct. Just use the login option from the plugin and navigate to the account that you want to download and do the download. When you process the bank feed it automatically goes to the correct account assuming that you have it set up already.

Glad it worked all ok for you @tc5440!

Assuming this refers to the navigate to an account and click ‘export to QuickFile’ - it’s nice to know I was right, but I’m not @Glenn

Yes that works! It’s a few clicks, but that’s not a problem  Cheers @QFMathew
