Bank feed request for clarification

Bank Feed

We have 3 banks
Santander - GBP account - default account
Barclays
GBP and Euro Account
SBI
GBP and USD ACCOUNT

We have added Santander, barcalys both GBP and Euro account-we are unable to see Barclays GBP Account and also able to link only one account for bank feed. Please support

Further, we dont find SBI ban in the feeding list provided.
Kindly advise.

Hello Jay

Looking at the QuickFile account linked to your email I can see in your banking screen you have the following set up

  • Santander (GBP)
  • Barclays (Euro)

You would need to set up the below then set up the feed linking the respective feeds to the respective Barclays accounts in QuickFile.

  • Barclays (GBP)

SBI is not supported at present as per the supported bank list

You would have to set up the 2 QuickFile accounts (for the respective currencies) and import the bank statements as an alternative.
