I’m struggling with this:
‘Now, with the Chrome Extension installed head over to your online banking area. You will now see a settings panel hovering at the top of the screen like the one below.’
I must be in the wrong place as I cant see a setting panel hovering.
Any pointers would be appreciated.
Which bank, and do you have your browser auto-fill or any bank-specific cookies set to remember your login details?
Let us know which bank you are using? I know with Natwest if you pre-save the customer number it skips the first page and the panel doesn’t appear. Usually clearing your history for Natwest or deselecting the option to remember this will fix that problem.
