Bank feed subscription

Hi I paid £15 for an annual auto bank feed today, however when i tried to connect with my bank i got below message:
Share your account

You’ve got one account (ending xxxx) that you’re able to share with Quick File Ltd on behalf of QuickFile Accounting Software until 04 Mar 2022.

I bought a whole years subscription but why it is only valid until 4 March 22?
if its only for 3 months, can i cancel it and have money back please? thanks

The £15 is the subscription to use one or more bank feeds in QuickFile for a year, but each individual feed you connect will only authorise for 90 days at a time - that’s how open banking works, the 90 day limit is set by the banks. When the 90 days is up you need to re-authorise the feed but you don’t need to pay another subscription to QuickFile until 1 year.
