Bank feed unable to connect

Hi I enabled the bank feed for one hsbc business account but it seems that it can’t be connected with QF. From banking feed I choose connect a bank then hsbc business log into my account and ticked the only business that I hold, continue and a window appeared asking me to confirm my choice, click on it and another window informed me that I should choose an account which I a have done it previously, I close this window as I do not have any other choice and go to the banking feed screen where my account appears but not linked. Am I doing something wrong?

I will raise this with our development team. However, you can also link a bank by going to the bank statement view, and selecting More Options >> Activate Bank Feed
