I wonder if you will be able to help. One of our clients is trying to reconnect to their bank (HSBC) after 90 days to refresh the feed. This takes them to the HSBC log in tab, but when they try to log in it states that their username is invalid. (If they go separately to their HSBC bank they can log in using this username.) Is there anything else they can do to reconnect the bank?

It would depend on which option they select on the screen below as to which login screen they are directed (As HSBC have 3).
Do they have any other feeds set up?
