Bank feeds does not work

Hello, I need help with my Bank Feed, it seems I don’t receive new transactions since the beginning of January this new year on my QuickFile. I click on the refresh and it still not bringing any transactions through our bank. Please advise.

I would recommend revoking the feed in Banking >open banking feeds and setting the feed up again.

This will grant a fresh authorisation for the feed. Once set up try refreshing again.

This does resolve most issues.
