Bank feeds reauthenticating failing

I am having problems reauthenticating my bank feeds.

The username is correct yet the site keeps rejecting my request

What bank are you experiencing issues with please?

Generally if the username is being rejected, it’s because of an issue on the bank’s side rather than QuickFile. Are you able to login to the bank normally using the same details?


We can login to the bank as usual on their website.

How do we alert the bank to the issue?

You would need to contact them directly through their customer support.
