Bank feeds with NatWest

I want to refresh my bank feeds (with NatWest) for 3 QuickFile accounts.

When I connect to NatWest it asks if I am a personal customer (no) or a Bankline customer (no). I’m an online banking customer.

When I try to use the Bankline sign I’m rejected.

I’ve spoken to business banking helpline at NatWest and the lady seemed never to heard of bank feeds.

Can anyone suggest how I navigate this problem?

Try selecting personal customer, this should bring up all your accounts, business, person and any credit cards you have with NatWest.

Thank you for your help which solved my problem. NatWest should amend ‘…Personal’ with ‘…Personal and online banking’.
