Bank not updating

Hello, have been using QF for a few years. We have our bank setup (Barclays) and never had an issue with the sync. Having been bad and not done any accounts for a few months I have just logged in to catch up and found it hasn’t updated since July (last transaction). What can I do / check?

If you don’t log in for a certain period (I believe this is two months), then the bank feed will be paused to preserve system resources.

You can re-enable it from your bank management screen, but you may need to import some missing transactions from csv file.

If you could let me know when you’ve reactivated it, I’ll see if we can manually run yours for you.
