I had a multi year agreement with a supplier for which I had paid in advance in order to get discounted rates. When I upgraded in 2019 I made a full payment for the upgraded package (again multi-year) which was in 2018-19 and received a credit note for the amount remaining on the original package on 1st April 2019 (2019-20). I gradually used up the credit over the next couple of years on smaller purchases. On 11/11/2021 I made a purchase that used up the credit (£8.24) and the remainder (£24.12) was paid on debit card the same day. However, Quickfile has put that payment in the bank account on the date of the credit note (01/04/2019). How do I correct this? Thanks in advance
Where you see the purchase on 01/04/2019 in your bank account you should be able to click in the date column and it’ll give you a popup to change it to the correct date.
Alas not. Quickfile has put it into a locked period. How it can do that, I have no idea; I thought locked periods couldn’t have transactions added.

Please could one of you could take a look? I have a feeling it might need something doing behind the scenes.
Thanks
