I get the following disconnection and error message when trying to upload transactions from a csv file to a paypal account
“The page you are trying to view cannot be shown because the authenticity of the received data could not be verified.”

Are you able to send me a screenshot of this error please so I can see where you’re experiencing the issue?

It sounds like a Firefox issue, have you tried on Chrome instead?

Tried it again this morning and the only error message that came up was that the file size was too large. Resolved by uploading in stages. Yesterday’s error message has not re-surfaced. Thanks for the help
