It would be very useful to have facility to see on the bank screen, where a bank entry has been posted.

Replied by e-mail but appears no response. I envisage that when you click on tagged box, a dialogue box appears telling you where it has been posted.
Would be most useful to locate mis-postings etc.

Did you reply to the forum generated email? These are sent from a no-reply address so they never reach us unfortunately.
Currently when you click on the ‘Tagged’ box, you will currently be shown where it’s tagged - e.g. from a journal, to an invoice, to a credit note or directly to a nominal, similar to the below:
