Bank transactions and purchase invoices loading slowly

Quickfile isn’t showing any bank account transactions, and purchase invoices aren’t loading.

Are other pages loading all OK for you? Are you seeing any error messages at all, or is it just that pages are taking a while to load?

Please could you try a hard refresh, by pressing CTRL and F5 at the same time, and let me know if that helps?

What web browser and operating system are you using? For example, Chrome on Windows 10.

Hi. Thanks for the quick response. It is not loading in Edge (Windows 10) - no error messages - but I’ve just tried Chrome and it works fine. Odd - I’ve not had problems before, but Edge is a bit dodgy.

I apologise this is an oversight on our part. We added some paging buttons to the top of the screen, but we omitted to test this on Edge/IE. It seems we used an unsupported method for these browsers. We rolled back these changes and will implement a fix today.
