Bank transactions stalled . . . help!

I’m sure this has been dealt with previously, but due to, I assume lack of activity, my bank transactions have stopped coming down. How can I restart them from the date they stalled (about a month ago).

BTW my account number is 6131433084 and it stalled on 26/8/2014

It was due to inactivity on your account. I’ve just enabled it and rerun the feed. It should update within the next 5 minutes.

I think providing you log in once every 2 months you should be fine. Even if it happens again just go into the bank management area and save the feed settings again, this will refresh it.
