Bank transfer added twice

A transfer from Current account to a Euro account resulted in the amount being credited twice and I can’t identify the second one to delete it?

Are both accounts out by the same amount?

I notice you have entered an opening balance journal on the euro account (reports > Journals), would that account for the extra money.

Thanks for your prompt reply – that is probably correct but where do I find the opening balance – only the tranfer of €11,871 shows up in the bank transactions? Also, the transactions appear to be minus the Wise fee – can I change that.

Hi,
the Opening Balance can be found in your Bank account settings. On your bank account screen click Option and Settings.
