Bank transfert from EUR account to Directors Loan Account

Hello,
I need to tag a payment done from my EUR account, but when I select “Bank transfer between accounts” I am told to give the amount received in GBP.
Shall I convert the EUR amount at the rate of the day ?

Enter the amount you actually received into your bank account.

QuickFile will handle the exchange based on XE.com’s exchange rate.

You mean I just enter the amount in EUR and Quickfile will directly convert it to GBP ?

You enter the Amount received into the GBP account (your account) when tagging the transaction.

The amount in EUR is already recorded when the original amount was entered into the Euro account.
