I have an Affinity account and one of my clients has automated bank feeds enabled. For some reason the More Options menu is only listing - reconcile, upload statement, view batch reports & settings. There is no refresh bank connection, bank feed setting etc? I’ve checked the feed is still active and it is.
You should see either:
- Bank feed details if there’s an active feed linked to the bank account, or
- Activate bank feed if there’s an available feed.
Is it an open banking feed?
There is an active feed, although the last transaction pulled in is a few days ago so I think it’s disconnected maybe. I’m quite familiar with the menu drop down and don’t see these two options. I don’t know how to tell if it is an open banking feed?
All the Open Banking feeds are shown on the feeds page, which is under Banking
What bank is the feed for?
