Hi All, Hayley again - struggling to do year end I think.
Under the banking tab and
Account name is see:
Fusion
Current Account
Bank Reserve Account and
Building Society Account
then lower down
Credit Card
My question is why is there figures under both Fusion which appears to be our main account and Current Account? I think the entry under Bank Reserve Account must have been done in error so will go and check that.
We’re not able to help with individual cases, but we can offer generic advice.
Generally, if there are figures against a bank account, there are entries associated with their related nominal code. This could be actual bank transactions or journals.
You may wish to take a look at the entries under the Chart of Accounts report. All bank accounts are listed there, and will show you all the related entries and where they come from.
