I set up bank and PayPal feeds and I noticed they increase my profit. I sell on Amazon and I record manually all selling but next my bank get money from amazon and it looks like again it is my profit. Could you explain how to avoid it?

The bank balance in itself won’t increase your profit, it would be sales invoices that cause this. I would check your bank tagging rules, as it may be that as transactions are being imported, new sales invoices are being created for them automatically.
