My Barclays Bank Feed hasn’t updated since 8 February. I can’t tell if it’s an issue with QuickFile or Barclays. Can you please help me fix this?
In the meantime, should I enter the missing transactions manually or will they appear once the feed is working again?
What type of feed are you using? Would it be an Open Banking feed, or a Yodlee feed?

If you go to More Options >> Refresh Bank Feed, does this work all OK or do you see any messages?
If it does work OK, you may be able to fill in the missing gaps
I’m doing this now. A pop-up has appeared with Update Accounts at the top but the rest of the pop-up is still loading. Is that normal for it to take a while? I’ve tried a couple of times now.
