Barclays bank feed no show

Hi,

Has there been a problem with the Barclays bank transaction feed? - I have just checked and no transactions have pulled through in the past couple of weeks.

Have you logged into QuickFile in the last 3 months? Or have you changed any details on Barclays at all?

Unfortunately on the 5th and 6th of December Barclays suffered a prolonged outage. This caused some feeds to timeout when we polled them. Following 3 successive timeouts we paused the feed, we do this as precautionary measure to prevent accounts getting locked when users enter incorrect credentials.

@CB15 I’ve just re-activated your feed and brought in those missing entries.

May I ask you to add your vote here, with a dedicated Barclays feed we will radically improve reliability.

Please could you check Barclays feed on our account.
The log is showing error code 100… This is our first automatic bank feed.

Hi Tyson, I have manually run the feed for you, the new transactions should appear within 5-10 mins. It is possible Barclays were performing some updates last night, it seems to have caused a few timeouts.
