Have you logged into QuickFile in the last 3 months? Or have you changed any details on Barclays at all?
Unfortunately on the 5th and 6th of December Barclays suffered a prolonged outage. This caused some feeds to timeout when we polled them. Following 3 successive timeouts we paused the feed, we do this as precautionary measure to prevent accounts getting locked when users enter incorrect credentials.
@CB15 I’ve just re-activated your feed and brought in those missing entries.
May I ask you to add your vote here, with a dedicated Barclays feed we will radically improve reliability.

Hi Tyson, I have manually run the feed for you, the new transactions should appear within 5-10 mins. It is possible Barclays were performing some updates last night, it seems to have caused a few timeouts.
