Barclays bank feed not running

hi there
i have a few of my companies accounts with you, seem to have problems from time to time on this barclays bank feed, now its not running on this company: ****481597. Its all setup and did run, but its now not run since oct 28th, but as I say, it was running/has run and details for it to run have not changed.

Could this be run for me?

I’ve just checked this account and I can see that it has run successfully for the past few days, but no transactions were found:

makes no sense, i have done quite a few transactions since.11 today (but was early morning), 10 yesterday - none have come in?

We have just manually run this on your account for you and successfully imported 21 items.

Please can you check and confirm this is all OK for you?
