The bank feed seems to have stopped working. Any ideas?
Did you change your password or login credentials at any time?
I don’t think I’ve changed them. Certainly not recently. It only stopped working a few days ago.
The feed can’t access your account any longer with the memorable word and passcode. The option is no longer there for your account, this is the message I’m getting back.
If you can login manually with the passcode and mem word, you can then reactivate the feed in the bank section on QuickFile.
Great. There was some fraud protection block. I’ve reset the details and updated on QF.
Will there be a gap in the feed?
It will automatically pick up from the date it last successfully downloaded to. Unless the gap is over a few weeks I think.
