Can I integrate our ePDQ merchant account so as our customers can pay through our account?
We don’t currently integrate with Barclays ePDQ however we’re happy to consider this as an option if further users add their vote. The payment systems we currently integrate with are as follows:
Hi Glenn, thanks for your help with this! I have just deleted the data for customers but when it reloaded it has deleted everything, including all suppliers and bank history etc. This is a real problem and has knocked my confidence in Quickfile and I was hoping to use this for our accounts system during 2014 onwards. Any way you can restore this? Many thanks…
You appear to have used the Account Wipe procedure which is a permanent action, the records are physically deleted and unfortunately cannot be restored.
Deleting purchase and sales invoices is a default action (pre-selected) and by virtue of this all bank transactions associated to the sales and purchase activity will also be removed.
