Purchased the open banking to continue my barclays bank feed but get this error
6031 - Unable to Step Up as process requires the user to be Access Level 40 (Two Factor/ PINsentry).
How do i sort this?

Can I just confirm at what stage you’re seeing this error? Is it before, during or after the account linking?
