Barclays Feed - Missing items on bank feed

Hi,
I appear to be missing 3 items from my Barclays bank feed on 08/07/2015. Everything before and after seems to be there, just these 3 transactions (+ 121.84, + 1066.22, -262.78). Can you help?
Thanks,
Britta

Hi @Britta, I have passed it on to the development team.

Let me get back to you on that shortly

I have been using quickfile for around 18 months and have used auto feeds for Barclays with no problems until a couple of months ago when feeds seemed to stop. We reset the feed and we are getting some entries come through but not all. Any ideas on what we should do to fix problem??

Thanks
Dennis

@CaSa do you have an example of a day where only some of the transactions were pulled through?

Hi Peter,
Just wondering if you have any info on this yet. Should I enter the items manually in the meantime?
Thanks,
Britta

Hi @Britta, apologies for late update. Investigating this occurrence takes some time unfortunately, in the meantime, yes please enter the aforementioned transactions manually.

Please keep checking this thread for further updates.

Due to the way the Barclays feed works, it’s very difficult to actually get any reliable audit information when things don’t work. For now I would suggest just filling in the missing entries and letting us know if it happens again.

I would also suggest adding your vote here. When Barclays provide an official 3rd party feed, these errors won’t happen.

Hi Glenn

A client account stopped importing Barclays bank feeds on 17/08/2015 , i think this was because the QF account was not accessed for 2 months. I noticed this yesterday so i activated the bank feeds again.
QF has downloaded older transactions from 6/10/2015 (around one month from yesterday).
However now there is a gap in the transactions between 17/08/15 and 6/10/2015.
Is there any way to import this via bank feeds?

This particular client is not very techy so it will be difficult for me to guide them to import them manually !.

Their account no is 6131434069

Many thanks

Please take a look now.

many thanks Glenn
